Information collected

When you register, 7FEB stores your name, email address, date of birth and account credentials. Passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing. If you complete your profile, we also store the details you provide, including gender, matching preferences, city, biography and uploaded photographs.

The dating features store likes, passes, blocks, reports and last-active timestamps. If location coordinates are supplied, they are used to calculate distance between profiles.

How information is used

Information supports account access, age eligibility, profile display, discovery filters, mutual matches and moderation. Your dating profile displays your chosen name, age, profile details, photographs and activity status. The theme does not display your email, password, date of birth or exact coordinates in dating profiles.

Who can access information

Publicly shared profile information can be viewed by other visitors. Administrators can access account records and reports to operate and moderate the service. Hosting and other services configured by the operator may process information as part of providing the website.

Storage and requests

Account and activity information is stored in the website database and uploaded files. Contact the administrator to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute handling or applicable obligations; backups may persist until replaced under the operator’s backup schedule.

Account access uses cookies described in our Cookie Policy. Additional plugins, analytics or external services can introduce additional processing; this policy should be updated whenever such services are added.

Internal messages

When you use internal messaging, the website stores message text, sender and recipient account identifiers, timestamps, and when displayed messages are marked as read. This supports conversation history and unread notifications. Conversations are accessible through the messaging interface only to their participants. New messages require a mutual match, and blocking makes the conversation unavailable through that interface. Messages are stored in the website database and can be accessible to authorised administrators and hosting services. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
